If you list pronouns I assume you will be a activist not an employee and I just throw away the resume.

Gender isn't supposed to matter in the hiring process. Including pronouns on a resume implies you want gender to matter. It's interesting that even hiring managers from the democratic demographic displayed the preference for no pronouns as well. It's almost like they're voting Democrat for the wrong reasons DemocratVoterMovesFromCaliToTexas.img

Edit: Ah, they were fake candidates where only the pronouns disclosure was changed. So yes.

I use pronouns as a guide. If you use them in email signatures or other communications, I know to watch out for the inevitable emotional outburst.
