My top recommendation, honestly, would be just add a carbon tax

As we move to a sustainable energy grid and electric vehicles, then obviously we move to a fully sustainable energy economy which is where we want to get to as quickly as possible. The sooner the better! And can there be a carbon tax? I mean like, what the hell

Corporatist seems more like it. He wants the government to make legislation that benefits Tesla.

Although his current statements seem to show he isn't a fan of the deep state, unless he is really good at playing a role here.

Not much better, but I can see the distinction. I'm old enough to remember Republicans importing wetbacks as cheap factory labor.

The role he's trying to play (IMHO) is Our Guy. We need to keep reminding ourselves he's not that.

I still don't entirely get that because he draws attention to important issues and might have some NPCs question the narrative. So whatever he is, I'll take the good he gives while remaining sceptical.
