Air travel is not nearly as nice as it used to be.
Flying in the days before the TSA was a world apart from how it is now. Add in DIE and ESG, and you've got a disaster (literally) waiting to happen.
I was going to ask a stupid question like, don't the airlines know they're destroying their businesses? But of course they do. Apparently, virtue signaling is profitable for them.

I see this as having the same end goal of the EV push.
They're pushing for this complete overhaul of both industries with the intent they blow up. Then they'll shrug and say "ooops sorry we destroyed your ability to travel around your community, state, country and planet.... we have to give all the money to illegal immigrants so we can't rebuild you're just doing to have to live in a 15 minute shithole and eat bugs while we do the exact opposite."

i try to think of these things from a macro perspective and medium/long term. you can really see the puzzle pieces falling into place for an open air, techno-authoritarian prison run by the biggest pieces of shit imaginable.
