Next thing you know they'll be looking for jobs

They'll call it the "chores for pay movement" and it'll be another three years before they figure out how to do it without an app.

It's a shame this wasn't invented back in the 50s when you had to carry 100lbs of radio equipment just to go on a walk. Or even earlier when you had to wheel around a portable carrier pigeon hutch. I guess those people just weren't as clever as zoomers.

I wouldn't leave my phone behind these days, same reason why I wouldn't go out without a firearm. Too many niggers.

I don't leave mine behind, either. I just don't look at it when I'm out walking.

Color this writer completely unsurprised that Gen Z doesn't even know how to unplug long enough to have thoughts of their own, much less hear them.

Imagine, if you will, an entire generation raised by interactive screens. Much like how the greatest generation, boomers and gen x were hypnotized by the television, but now the screens show you the latest in propaganda, via your own choices.

They're learning how to unplug themselves, where as, all we had to do was turn off the television, their phones are a constant interruption.

...their phones are a constant interruption.

"Silent walking" cracks me up. How about simply calling it "walking?"
