At this point I just assume NPCs are inherently immoral and willingly blind to the law. If someone has a laptop full of pictures of them molesting children while smoking meth and wielding firearms...it's not "likely" he broke some laws. At that point it's only a question of which ones, how many, and whether your pedophile father will coerce the judiciary into turning a blind eye to your crimes
