The irony is that ITAR prohibits SpaceX from hiring anyone without permanent residency. Even foreign nationals from allies (Canada, UK, etc) can't be hired unless they have permanent residency in the USA. Pedo Joe's DOJ is literally suing him for abiding by the law.

The real issue is, the company is almost completely White male. Which is why it's so successful. Which is why they are illegally targeted by the DOJ. A wildly successful company in a very difficult business, highlighting success is inversely proportional to the number of non-Whites employed is problematic for the judeo-propaganda of the day.
