On the other end of it, we work towards making this shit illegal at the federal level, which will likely take longer…but it must be done to get these abused kids away from the authority of abusive “parents”.

Well that’s a whole other subject and I don’t even really disagree with you. The FBI shouldn’t even exist IMO.

I guess I’m saying that if we’re going to have federal laws at all, that should be one of them.

Really, this shit needs to go to the SCOTUS and then that settles it across the board. Even if federal law enforcement is unconstitutional or unnecessary, SCOTUS is a constitutional body and it could achieve the same end result.

Well they do and they do. It’s already happening. Tim Ballard has talked about this. But there are some good people in the government, too. Granted, they’re being pushed out, but there’s still some there, even if they are a minority.
