I don't think that they have really thought this through. The derailment happened in Ohio, but they spread it eastward when they burned it. If I have read the air current maps correctly, the burn generated toxic smoke that has or will hit pittsburg, philadelphia, west virginia, virginia, washington dc, maryland, new york, and all of new england. Also places like Arlington and Langley.
Additionally, the water supplies of Cleveland, Wheeling, Columbus, Cincinnati, Portsmouth, and Louisville could be contaminated.

We now have a massively widespread airborne dispersal of highly toxic carcinogens in areas that are highly likely to have large numbers of vaxxed and boosted people. Vaxxed and boosted people have, amongst a litany of other things, suddenly started developing rare and rapidly advancing cancers.
