If the TX Governor has any guts he will immediately declare this a hostile military strike and order the commander of the TX Nation Guard to Secure the border from hostile military forces and prevent all cross border incursions. He should then send official requests to all 49 other Governors asking for the mobilization and aid of all National Guard units in order to repel hostile enemy forces at the border. The US military has spend decades bombing the middle east. I think it is time for a few tactical strikes at cartel location just south of the Rio Grande.
