Instead of dumbing down all the students they are now calling the free pass of those that don't earn a high school diploma 'equity'? The teachers that don't do their jobs can point to stunning results of everyone getting a diploma, 100% success? It just makes the high school diploma like a kindergarten ceremony, you move on because you aged out.
