No surprise here. Gun grabbers have to lie about their facts. Guns lawfully possessed and properly handled by responsible citizens ensure freedom and prevent violence.
He's complaining about Mexico getting guns (.50 cal) from the U.S. What he should be complaining about is in which extremely hard to acquire guns were basically given to Mexican criminal enterprises just for shits and giggles. This guy was part of the ATF at the time and could have been even in on the operation.
Close the border to illegal human trafficking and I bet gun trafficking goes way down as well. Truth is human trafficking is massively profitable to the cartels and some of that money must make it back to American politicians. The weapons "accidentally" given to the cartels were likely also favors bought by the cartels.
