I tried to watch the new David Tennant Amazon Prime produced Good Omen: https://m.imdb.com/title/tt1869454/ It's supposed to be satire, but they basically just shove every random biblical reference they know into the dialogue as if that's the joke. Only referencing scripture isn't funny. Pointing out the irony of the scripture is funny. Babylon Bee does a great job at this, but Hollywood? Not so much. I couldn't even get through ten minutes of this insufferable drivel to give it a chance. It was like watching a kid who doesn't quite understand how the world works make a connection that isn't accurate. It just was so cringy. Then I realized Hollywood probably can't write good biblical satire anymore because they are so far removed from it. All they can do is make fun of outdated stereo types.
