Three seasons, a well defined ending that was clearly in mind from the start and no nogs. The show is a constant slow roll that builds episode after episode and season after season. The last couple episodes pull everything together in a coherent way.
Second favorite show compared to Breaking bad. (P.S. You will wind up with yarn on the wall trying to keep track of everyone.) Dark also winds up being an unintentional tribute to White diversity. Many of the characters are have unique traits to make it easier to identify them as the timeline jumps. e.g. unique & vibrant eye colors, hair color, freckles, etc. Some of the opening sequences are borderline White pride memes.

It starts slow until the sci-fi mechanic is introduced, which I think it pulls off better than other show centered around that topic.

doesn't trudge along that long given that the whole thing wraps up in three seasons, which were planned from the start, but it really didn't blow me away until the last 2 episodes which in reflection makes the entire series amazing. at least for me.

Looking at the cast they are continuing the trend, so fingers crossed, that series is just as good .
