This sounds like 99% of people I have ever met.
This is pretty much the norm.
This is pervasive and why I ascribe 100% responsibility to every adult. "I didnt know any better" or "I did the best I could with the knowledge I had" held some credibility in 200 AD if you were an illiterate peasant in BFE. In 2024, you have the sum total of human knowledge in your pocket. If you use it to look up cat videos and make excuses for your actions, the guilt is on you.
