So what changed the Naturalizations Acts of 1790-1798, and how was it changed at any step? Certainly the bullshit act of 1965 needs repealing, but if we can trace all of the steps to go from 1790 to 1965, maybe we can see a path back (not considering an immediate change and/or a war).
