The people shitting bricks about it are probably the same ones who cashed in all of their investments in '99 and bought generators and a bunch of food thinking that Y2K was going to be the end of the world.
Granted I was a youth at the time but I was worried about Y2K. I went camping at a remote state park on New Year's Eve and wondered what we would come back to find. The real answer came 619 days later
Who was feeding you information about what "would" happen?
Pretty much all the news media. Were you around then? Once nothing happened they pretty much dropped the story over night
How do you know it wasn't the end of the world? Perhaps I'm just a figment of your imagination.
