You are over thinking it. It has nothing to do with the structure of society. Low IQ people are less agreeable, less productive, more violent, more criminal, and that alone causes all the problems. Nothing aside from selective breeding to increase intelligence will make any difference.

If it could then the shitholes they came from would not be shitholes because their society created for them would be compatible and effective.

Edit: in all seriousness, I wonder if there are any actual stats that would confirm it. It seems common enough knowledge, but would also be good to have actual data. Could make for another good goyim flyer.
