This is the sort of reasonable-on-the-surface, rapidly-deconstructible bullcrap that's planted on sites like this to portray non-lefties as stupid.
HIV can't easily be vaccinated against because it doesn't spread the same way other diseases do, it's passed directly from cell to cell rather than released outside them where antibodies can find them. (That also makes it inefficient in spreading which is why it takes years to succumb to it.)
Cancer itself isn't a disease and you can't simply vaccinate against it. We do have at least one vaccine against a virus that causes cancer (HPV), does that count?
Worst of all, it doesn't even mention that these vaccines operate via an experimental method and testing wasn't performed the way it ought to have, and as a result we were given medicines that were never truly evaluated for safety or efficacy, and it's rapidly becoming clear they had neither.
There are retroviral oncogenes. You are correct in deconstructing the argument but it's really the point- manufactured depopulation virus suddenly has an exponentially depopulating vax within months and trillions of dollars are made.
Illness is money.
I think they have a valid point in comparing it to the flu. It was always known to be a rapidly mutating virus. All RNA viruses are.
Not only that but the spike protien is the fastest mutating part, and that is what the vaccine is designed to target.
It can't be stopped with a vaccine for the exact same reason the flu can't be stopped with a vaccine.
But you are right, as written the argument they make is stupid.
