He's entirely right and wish I had read a review like that before I bought it way back when.
That was main reason I stopped playing that game. The systems were interesting but it got fucking old constantly rolling new dupilcants because it kept shitting out mongrels. I went through like 20-30, all of the some shade of dusky before I gave up and just uninstalled.
I should leave it a bad review.
