Back in the last century, only central and eastern European nations seemed to notice. When you notice in USA, you're attacked as a white racist. Learn from Europe not just pre-war but the aftermath of war. Notice who was put in charge of the communist countries. Notice who became in charge of western countries. Notice how noticing became a crime there.
