Man, I'm so glad I never really drank. I suspect beer is a large part of the reason why most adult American males have tits. Like, actual breast tissue, it's disgusting how the modern male physique is shaped on average. Manifests in women disgustingly as well, making them all doughy and puffy-looking.
I wish our culture wasn't so dependent on alcohol. Idk if it should be illegal or controlled strictly or anything like that, I just wish that the general attitude towards it was different. Seems like empires rise and fall on the decisions of a handful of drunken politicians, lives constantly ruined by decisions made while drunk, etc..
I wish they'd just ban it already. We never should've made it legal again. Ban cigarettes too while they're at it. I know muh freedoms and whatnot but the average person can't be trusted with alcohol. If people had the mindset of treating it like an awful, dangerous drug and only drinking small amounts for the flavor and a slight buzz I think it'd be fine but everyone drinks in excess. The last few times I had liquor I had less than a tablespoon of vodka, last time I had a real drink was because I wanted it for the taste (mixed drink at a restaurant) and I paced myself with it cuz I didn't want a head change. I don't know anyone else who treats it so carefully so ban it and I'll go without too. I'm sick of seeing alcohol ruin the ones who drink it and put themselves and everyone around them in danger. If I had a dollar for every time someone almost hit us driving into or out of the liquor store I'd have enough money to buy the whole store and turn it into a park or church or literally anything but a stupid ((liquor store)).
