This looks like it should be the results from like, four different dead junkies, not a single body. It's kind of amazing that he was even able to remain on his fucking feet... eh, actually, upon closer examination, he was on a SHITLOAD of stimulants- that probably kept him propped up... till he ate all of the fentanyl that killed him.
You see all the substances that end in "pam"? Like "Diclazepam"? Those are metabolites from benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, Attivan, etc.); at this point, his total body mass is like 10% drugs. Unbelievable.
No wonder he couldn't breathe.
Benzodiazepines may adversely impact respiration through a variety of mechanisms.
Especially when taken with opiates, say, fentanyl. There's a known interaction between benzodiazepines and opiates that causes respiratory suppression to a massive degree; in other words, it makes it very, very hard to breathe, eventually impossible.
But yeah it was the knee on the shoulder blades that did him in.
