Believe it or not , this was a serious country at one time. Working class people could live in a decent home in a pretty safe neighborhood.

These people are mentally ill. They can't form relationships which they are desperate for so they do these kinds of things just to be in a crowded place. This is the only way they know how to get any human interaction. It is like the crowded lunchrooms of highschool.
