If someone went to the zoo and opened the cage full of baboons that got out and ended up attacking a pregnant woman, would you blame the baboons or that fellow with a big nose who opened the cage?
And if that big nosed fellow kept coming back and doing the same thing without consequences, then obviously the zoo's administration is to blame and needs to be fired and replaced.
Once proper people are in charge, the big nosed fellow will have no one to enable him to pull his tricks, and poor baboons will be kept locked up in cages and shipped back to their natural habitat.
Now you can call me a retard for pointing out yet again something that we all know very well and keep repeating day after day, but you will notice that in order to fix this problem there is just one missing link:
The proper people to take charge of the administration.
Now answer me these question:
Who are these people supposed to be?
Why didn't they take charge yet and what's stopping them?
How would you tell if they are legitimate and not yet another scam?
