Distill all your drinking water. It’s a pain in the ass. I’ve been doing it for years.
You could get a Reverse Osmosis water system installed. You can get an undersink system for a couple hundred bucks. Easy enough to install.
I don’t know if that does fluorides too. I’d check to make sure first. But yeah that does sound like an easier way to go about it. Not installing that shit in my apartment though. Maybe one of my rentals get it half way installed then attach fully once I wanna move back in
It does. I even verified by buying a fluoride testing kit and testing samples myself. Black tea has fluoride but herbal teas do not. Black tea added back a bit less fluoride than my nasty tap water. We stopped drinking tea. Coffee didn't add any back.
