Never heard it put that way but yes this is accurate
Completely agree. Stay busy learning/building, stay sane.
The behavioral sink experience proved that
yes
This is so true, I always have at least 3 things keeping me busy between guns, guitars, projects cars, and also my work...
As long as your busy depression isn't possible, when you sit idle everything minor you ever did wrong starts to hurt you.
Being busy with things you hate will depress you however, college was a bad time for me because I just hated listening to all the leftists and not having a way to tell them to fuck off...I honestly shouldn't have went but boomer parents practically forced me. In the end I got a good degree that wasnt gender studies so not all was wasted but I don't think it was worth it still.
I posted this somewhere else but I still like it. I still dont know where I heard it from.
"Do something today that will make your tomorrow better than yesterday."
Today. I did some errands I have been putting off since I really did not want to deal with them. -Done- I made some progress on a old project that will eventually provide low cost, good food to me and my family.
Not sure what tomorrow's project will be but I will find one and I will complete as much of it as I can in the time I have.
