Not dismissing the fact that the law is not applied equally but post is misleading in that not only did the kid say nigger but then threw cotton balls and hit him with a belt. It is no longer a first ammendment issue as post implies.

according to WWL-TV, the White 15-year-old came up behind a Black student, threw cotton balls at him, then hit him repeatedly with his belt.
