You gotta watch the news more. Science (tm), anonymous sources, and 51 former intelligence officials have all concluded that heart attacks and strokes can be caused by winter vagina. Heart attacks and strokes can also be caused by gardening and gas stoves. In fact the only thing that cannot cause heart attacks and strokes is the vax. In the future, try to educate yourself by watching msnbc at least three hours a day.
