When I left the first time in '92 at least half of those were in LA county alone. Went back in '96 and it was even worse. Left again in '99, came back in '03 and it was a different place. Final in '16 and never looked back. All of CA is a plutocracy - owned and operated by ad hoc slivers dotting the cost line.. interesting that all the politicians and hollyweirdos comprise those areas
