They already had unlimited money to pay people to create content, but no soul or creativity to create messages that resonate with people. This doesn't change that.

Weaponization of information is about to go big. The AI tools, for free, around the Internet, allow you to take a single picture of someone you kno2, or a celebrity or politician, and put them in a porno. If you do it right, it looks pretty real.

These 'real' looking deep fakes are already circulating.

This will lead to real time filters of tons of media and the level of unreality is gearing up to be a hyperreal nightmare.

Most people don't understand that this insidious force is pushing anti-individualism and anti-liberty is so ingrained into media streams that it has left the Internet poisoned.

(((They))) don't hate AI "art". They're behind it. And yes, the image on the left obviously looks better. The reason I hate AI "art" is because it gives the people who make that globohomo garbage the ability to steal art like the pic on the left. They can't make anything beautiful and they don't deserve to be able to.

Of course this post is cherry picking anyway. There are plenty of people doing every different art style you can think of. Obviously AI has no trouble making globohomo stuff either. Worse, it can make all sorts of horrific gore, extreme pornography (starring anyone the greasy degenerate using it wants, including minors) and false evidence. Is this what you want? Just to increase the internet's already prodigious output of anime waifu pics? Really?

I see the image on the right as art, just in the context of poster art for something like a street fair or maybe a concert. I laugh at that image in any other context.

I hate to say it, but I think I appreciate the one on the right more, but I completely understand the sentiment. AI has created some extremely beautiful pieces of art compared to art from the last century, which intentionally mocks beauty and tradition
