You said, "white people" so I'm assuming you meant more than just one clan. A good chunk of the Mongol people of the time would be what I'm thinking you have to mean. The people in the video were distinctly Mongol. The representation of the Khan and his family still look Mongolian. They are steppe people. Some time before that scythians or some other ancient white people were there, but the people of Chingiss' time were distinctly Mongol.
