That's about .8% of all blacks. When you filter out elderly, women and youths whose crimes are ignored the number goes up a lot. Then you could filter out wealth and such and you would see fairly accurately how dangerous it is to be near a thug. Why don't jews want us to know?

Once I watched a small documentary on crime, and a police chief from the US was interviewed, and he said something like "you see all the security that we have?" referring to police forces, prisons etc... "That's for 1% of the population"
