At the same time 3/4 of whites have barely any "racial"/ethnic consciousness, it's often on the fringes that you find an ethnic component in the political reasoning; either on the "far right", or among ethnic minorities such as scots or irish people for instance, and at the top level of ruling classes, not just jews, think of royal bloodlines, nobility

The middle class is often "secular" when it comes to it, unaware, not familiar with, not trained, clueless. Ethnic reflection has often never occupied a significant place in their political reasoning, if it ever happened to be a thing other than one they dismissed as bigotry/racism, mostly because they didn't feel the need to include it, there was no apparent necessity, and that's slowly changing, because the problem is imposing itself now, and the trend isn't going to reverse itself

It's almost impossible to reform 3/4 of whites, who think/believe ethnicity doesn't matter when it comes to leadership/power. Not only because their reasoning is mostly "emotionally grounded" if you will, but also because they are right to some extent... And the problem is that they fail to see the forest for the tree here...

The only way to reform them, is a practical disaster, they have to be targeted for ethnic cleansing, and feel it, really, so it's no longer "just a story". From there, either they are dead already, or they changed their tune/mind because they and their relatives don't want to die
