It's easier to buy a doctor. Threaten their careers if they don't snap in line? They roll out drugs that kill us. Anyone that thinks doctors care about patients is a fool...maybe less than 1% give a rip.

Not only that, but people look for politicians being bought, no one digs into a doctors finances looking for such things.
