The kind that form closed-systems 2. networking to set the ground work 3. outreach to get intelligence reports from both law enforcement and whistleblowers. If we can identify moles early on, we can feed them information that damages their espionage and political suppression operations against the western public. 4. logistics groups for social, political, economic, and religious movements. 5. big-tent style affiliations teams to bring people together from a broad range of interests in order to multiply the reach of our logistics and networks 6. our own *dedicated* political writing/commentary communities combine with propaganda networks to spread it. 7. fund raising which naturally flows from all of this. not just explicitly asking for donations but also goods and services. 8. secondary service networks, so if a bank cuts us off, we have money transmission networks still, we have communications still even if some method is subverted, we have transport, shelters, political meeting points. 9. public interface groups, that tie together public perception, and existing NGOs, as both a form of outreach, and legitimization, in order to amplify and maximize all the aforementioned groups. Friendly faces to go with friendly front organizations. Note that nothing I'm talking about here is illegal. All of the activities listed are also the sort of things that happen in political campaigns. But this is the extent of organization that is necessary to seize momentum from the regime and turn the narrative against it.
