I honestly cannot believe that any eugenics plan wouldn't attempt to cull the the breeder races. Not sure why Jews, who parasitic evolutionary path has been codependent on white civilization, would attempt to cull whiles and transfer their parasitism to low-IQed shitskins that they have not co-evolved with.
