they cheat through throttling algorithms during the live count, and then they have tactical vote nukes to drop after polls close if the initial cheating doesn’t provide them the desired results

La Pen's numbers just drop down. I'm not sure how you lose votes that have already been counted, but I would assume (and you know what they say about "assume") that these are projected numbers, not actual final counts. Even so, it looks as fishy as all hell to me. Such a huge change at the very end, within the space of an hour and twenty minutes? Somebody pressed the red button.
