Agreed. Cops can get an emergency warrant in as little as 20 minutes even for evidence of petty theft. They need only secure the evidence until the warrant arrives. In a case this big, with crimes so heinous, it is utterly bizarre that such damning evidence was permitted to 'disappear.'
