I had a look at the data on this and it's correct as far as I can tell
interesting that the most popular answer on: https://skeptics.stackexchange.com/questions/37503/are-white-women-only-4-of-the-world-population tried to include South America, and added in the wrong figures for the American and European populations, plus ignoring that some of America is a bit mulatto by now. Even with his errors he still got <6%
But the answer whose figures I confirmed and I think used the correct methodology, had a unexplained warning banner slapped on it about "non-verifiable data" or something. He made it around 3.5% which matches the OP

3.5 is correct. It assumes 52% of population female, and uses RATIOS OF ETHNICITY of each nation!!!!
USA is not 100% white for example! And you already know about Germany France Etc.
You do need to drop in a few whites from many south American nations, and even a token few from odd nations, but you need to algorithmicaly ADJUST OUT ALL ARABICS called "white" on every nations censuses. Jews call temselves legally non-white, so remove another 1.6% of USA for example.
And of course 50% of hispanic (mestizo) falsely calles themselves white ... you need to adjust.

Yep it fucked me off to find the first answer "gave his sources" and he got upvoted, but you go there to check and find he'd randomly added like 10%, and included BS like South America?
you could maybe include Argentina as being mostly of Spanish/Italian descent? but the OP meaning is also a cultural one. Like California might have Whites, but they might as well be niggers because they are never going to see themselves as racially White.
