I enjoyed being in the top percent when I was single - dating apps only work for the top men.

Even attractive men don't see success. You have to be top.

But, yes, a TON of single moms who are fat on those apps. And a bunch of weird sexual fetishists. There are slim-pickings (pun intended) on those apps even for men who are super awesome and amazing like I am (lol).

Back when I was active as a PUA (like forty years ago) it was all about shadow over substance, and perception over reality. I was no 9 or 10 in looks, yet when I came into a singles bar wearing my colors, the majority of bitches were all over me. When I left the HAMC, and became a carnie, the 'bad boy' aura was still a potent draw. Power and wealth draw many gals, but the bad boy vibe draws most.
