Reality: nothing wrong with hobbies like technology, movies, TV Shows, video games, and education. What's wrong is taking any of them to the extreme.
However, there is not "safe" dose of alcohol. Porn usage is fine if it is porn of you and your wife for only your two's consumption/entertainment. Nothing wrong with news/media as long as the source is good. Else you throw out all news sources: all of them.
Big pharma is a problem when they push false solutions. But the good solutions should not be thrown out - don't throw out the baby with the bath water. Dating apps are pretty shit, yes. Just meet people in person. Brand names are okay if the brand is high quality and their brand is known for their high quality. Blind loyalty to brands is the problem. No, that is still not acceptable and is only a stones throw away from "porn usage is fine if you're single and have no realistic possibility of getting a woman" and by that point you've excused most porn consumption.
