Liberia is the part of Africa where they eat each other in the streets and there are gangs of Niglets that rape pregnant women. I remember both of those being reported on. Basically, they voluntarily gave the Africans in Liberia autonomy, and well, they did what they always do. It's where Lincoln wanted to send Blacks, I think, but it wasn't as bad, back then, as it is now.
