I run 4 miles every morning so I don't have to watch what I eat. When I told my physical therapist that he laughed and told me that's not at all how it works. He said "have you ever heard of the eat less move more diet? The eat less is just as important as the move more."

Your physical therapist is a dumb-ass, that's exactly how it works. Your diet should be based on how much you move. If you're working your ass off all fucking day in the heat, you're going to need more calories to replenish your body.
