Druze identify ethnically as Arab and highest concentration of them are in Lebanon. Bedouin are nomadic Arab tribes in middle east and poorest people in Israel.

You can just use the Bible to prove that. Noah had 3 sons: Ham, Shem, and Japheth. Ham (means black or burnt) was the wicked, evil, bad son who fathered the African nations, Shem was the blessed son, and Japheth had to choose which older brother to follow. He chose Shem and was allowed to “dwell in his tents”. This essentially means that as long as he walked with God and kept His commandments, he was protected. He was the grandfather to Ashkenaz. Shem’s family is the Semitic people, not the Ashkenazi.

Interesting and now I remember hearing about that but in places like modern Egypt the demographics are further from that of the Ancient Egyptians due to recent ad mixture from S. Sahara. Of course other places as well have seen demographic changes especially N Africa and Eurasia including the ME of most of which were different than who you see in them places now.
