I know of a few. Two of the more effective ones are exercise and a proper diet. The most effective one though is not being a bitch.

And your pineal gland produces the neurotransmitters, Melatonin and Serotonin, so coating it with fluoride is not a good thing.

500mg of magnesium/day has apparently been shown in studies to be as, or more effective than SSRIs
