I wish I could be with you on this, but every conversion includes fuel-wasting inefficiencies and resistance. I'm no electrical engineer, but I once worked for one! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newman%27s_energy_machine
Hear me on this: IF MY WHEELS ARE TURNING, WHY ARENT THEY SPINNING SOMETHING THAT IS RECHARGING THE BATTERIES.? How hard is this? Say the car has four motors, one at each wheel. Forget a big battery, the hull of the vehicle, like a Tesla, would have a massive generator rather than a battery. You don’t even need a battery to drive a car. You need a battery to start a car. In my scenario, you would still only need a smaller battery to get the car rolling, then the generators would take over and power the car. The battery would be bigger than a die hard form sears, but it would still just start the car,.
I like how you think. Go look at the Newman link. His worked. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZN2TjUgDdJA
You seem to be on the same page has these guys: https://www.tedmagnetics.com/
But otherwise, using your wheels, you won't get 100% of the energy you put in, so you'll deplete your batteries over time.
