Pennsylvania. The same state that we're not allowed to idle in a commercial vehicle unless we have a pet in the truck. So animals have more rights than us.
What state doesn't open scales anymore? I know South Carolina doesn't have a huge focus on scales but they still open every now and then. Mainly for inspections though. Side note: I got a ticket for a loose lugnut in Lugoff, SC. Lol.

With a town name of Lugoff, you can bet they take lug nuts pretty seriously around there.
Lol. I found that out the hard way. They even equip the cops with x-ray vision to be able to see loose lug nuts on the passenger side from the median. At least in my case they could.
What I find ridiculous about this is the high standards that commercial vehicles are held to but yet Jovan and Heyzooz and insane clown posse white trash can drive around with cars that are pretty much cut in half and no one says shit. It's fucking mind-boggling to me.
