If that part of the trailer that’s obscured only has the one axle you can see, it’d be 70 wheels, but it doesn’t make sense to me that every part of the trailer would have 3 axles except for the one that’s partially obscured

Ok then I’m not sure how your math is working out. The truck has 14 wheels, the next five segments each have 12 wheels (12x5=60), and the final axle has 4 wheels.
60+14+4=78
