There are many reasons it causes harm.
I didn't say it doesn't cause harm.
You are literally making a straw man argument and putting words in my mouth.
Why be so (((intellectually dishonest)))?
My explanation is perfectly accurate and I know it's accurate because I, myself, for the pinnacle of my education, did a study on this exact subject.
Weed does not contribute to schizophrenia. That is what I said and that is what you will not be able to refute.
First, take a look at the common brain scan for typical presentation of schizophrenia. There is a word for the atypical shape. ventriculomegaly.
Schizophrenia, specifically, is the result of this type of cleave in the mind, where dopamine systems are interrupted and cannot jump the channels like normal people experience. While all schizophrenic patients do not have the ventriculomegaly, it is the first clue that poorly performing dopaminergic systems are the source of the symptoms.
We, then, learned that fucked up reward systems in childhood also create stochastic dopamine channels; literally people who don't know when they will be rewarded if they do right or wrong.
Point being, weed works on what many are now calling the endocannabanoid system, which is really just a series of anandamine receptors.
But, maybe my degree in neuroscience is a little out dated.
When did you get yours?
