I mean there aren't a whole lot of solutions available. There was one flight to Hawaii from San Fran where they were past the 1/2 way mark . The stewardesses performed cpr for an hour and a half, and basically had to sit him in his seat for the remainder of the flight, no where else he could be, not like they have elevators to some hidden basement like they show in movies.
